Update 24 June 2008: Early learner beta forum

We have set up a course in it's learning community that allows you to discuss the early learner version with other users. Go to it's learning community and search for the course called User forum Early learner beta.

DirectEdit

Now you can select whether to save the file you work on as a new version or overwrite the old document. If you select to save the file as a new version it’s learning now automatically give the file a new version number on the format 1, 2, 3 and so on. The default option is to overwrite the old version of the file. This allows for a quicker save function.

Five links in the top menu

System administrators are now allowed to add five custom links in the top menu. In previous versions the number of links was limited to two. To add custom links, click the Administration tab, and then Edit global settings and Layout.

Header/footer on external publications

We have added support for custom headers and footers in external publications. To add headers and footers, click the Administration tab, and then Edit global settings and Layout.

Search by username in Administration

A new feature is that administrators can search for usernames in addition to first names and last names in Administration >> Users and access rights.

Search for users when adding participants to courses

When you add users to a course only student and employee profiles are checked by default. In previous versions, all profiles were checked.

New version of eLogin

For our Danish customers we are happy to announce that we now support UNI-Login in eLogin.

Hierarchy search

We have now added paging in the hierarchy search.  When you click the Find hierarchy links when adding users to courses or sites, you will notice that only 15 hits are displayed at the time.

Fixed bugs

Known errors

  • Plagarism errors are currently unavailable.
    • Continue later functionality in Kids courses is not working as intended
