it's learning

After the last software update there has been some issues with it's learning. A patch was released today to fix the following:

• The simple and java applet editors are now working in the messaging system.
• The login issues caused by corrupted cookies are addressed.
• The local course catalogue now works.
• A test 2.0 performance issue has been addressed which affects large test with multiple users taking it. The functionality for calculating the number of unanswered questions by a participant while taking the test has been removed due to this.
